Theatre& created a bespoke conference event for L&Q Group, the conference was specifically for individuals within the organisation who manage other people.
Our role at the event was to engage and inform delegates around the key messages of positive leadership, managing change and staying ACE! which built on some previous Customer Excellence training we delivered at L&Q.
Utilising our rear projection backdrop, the opening of the event took delegates on a journey through the history of social housing from foundation to present day - highlighting the challenges faced and overcome by Housing Associations
