Theatre& Development recently delivered a learning programme for Bedfordshire NHS as part of their Learn at Work and Well-Being Week.
How can drama-based training help your organisation to meet Government Performance targets?
Helping to develop employee confidence through Positive Leadership Workshop.
Theatre& are delighted to have picked up a regional award for Yorkshire and Humber with their partnership work with Trans-Pennine Housing.
Working in-line with the Local Government Performance Framework: National Indicator 14 (NI 14) Reducing Avoidable Contact; the workshop focussed on the benefits of improving services and efficiency, striving for excellence in customer service delivery and reducing unnecessary contact with service users.
The workshop, created specifically for Enfield Homes by our creative team developed unique scripted drama based scenarios to reflect the appropriate working culture and objectives set out by the client.
The impact of the training, which was delivered to the entire organisation, has been very positively measured already showing a reduction in low value contact.
Here are some delegate comments taken directly from evaluations completed after the training:
‘Absolutely brilliant – this style of learning is the most positive thing that Enfield Council has introduced in the last 14 years! Thank you’
‘Very effective - it marries theory with practice’
‘Excellent- really puts the topic into a real context’
As a result of the successful Enfield Homes project, Theatre& have delivered a highly effective training event for Enfield Council called ‘Right First Time’, again focussing on the reduction of low value contact.
