Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council: Customer Excellence

Theatre& Development created a Customer Excellence programme to reflect the culture of Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council and highlight the Council's 'Top Ten Customer Care Commitments'. This training is being rolled out accross all Council staff: management, frontline and back office staff.

Theatre& Development successfully delivered Safeguarding training at Bron Afon Housing. The workshop allowed delegates to explore the behavioural indicators that could cause concern and armed staff with the tools and knowledge to help them safeguard vulnerable tenants.

ECITB: Engineer Your Future

ECITB: Engineer Your Future

Theatre& Learning are proud to have delivered this project on behalf of ECITB for five consecutive years, we will be touring selected areas across the UK from September 2010. The presentations delivered to Year 9 and 10 students raise awareness and promote careers in Engineering Construction whilst challenging gender and ethnic stereotypes in an interactive and informative way.

Working with the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) Theatre& Learning created a bespoke presentation to raise awareness about flooding and climate change. One of the key objectives was to educate and engage young children aged between 7 and 11 years old about how to react to flooding.

In consultation with Doncaster NHS Theatre& Learning designed a programme to illustrate the key messages around health and wellbeing and illustrate the consequences of living an unhealthy lifestyle and being inactive. The presentation was delivered to Key Stage 2 pupils in the Doncaster area.

The 'No Mark' show was created specifically for Castle Point Borough Council to highlight the realities of homelessness and the benefits system for teenagers who leave home at a young age. The presentation used the latest multi-media technology to support our professional actors who delivered an emotive and memorable performance.
